Dance
Do you love to dance? Have fun, burn calories and get fit while dancing to fabulous music! Whether working out or needing a new step for a big event, you'll develop coordination, style and grace. No prior experience necessary -- for all shapes and fitness levels.

Zumba
A fitness program inspired by Latin dance. You'll Learn The Zumba Rhythm, Basic Step and how to always satisfy your partners. Zumba is a step by step process that will boost your confidence, trim your body, make you look and feel more attractive, all while having fun at the same time.

Sha Bam
Try your hand at a variety of fun dance styles with simple to follow choreography and a heart- pumping 45-minute format.

Pilates
With its emphasis on strengthening the body's core(abdominals, lower back, and gluteal muscles), pilates improves stamina and posture. Pilates targets those muscles that will help restore the flat stomach, strong back, thighs, and derriere.

Yoga & Yoga Ball
Our Yoga class instructs the student to basic yoga poses that promote general well being through a combination of stretching and strengthening. Yoga Ball classes unique to our club concentrates on adapting yoga poses with the use of the stability ball. This class is great for those with back issues and need the support while practicing yoga moves.

BODYPUMP™
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!

The sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Premier Cycle and Ride Class
Try our Premier Cycle class a 55 minute indoor cyclcing class that brings the outside in. Or our 90 minute Premier Ride similiar to Premier Cycle, but a longer ride with a choreographed mini break after the 45 minute ride.
